超声诊断睾丸破裂一例并文献分析

Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Testicular Rupture: One Case Report and Literature Analysis

摘要: 目的：分析睾丸外伤尤其是睾丸破裂后超声诊断相关征象，提高对该疾病的认识和预防。方法：回顾性分析2025年6月于沂南县人民医院接诊的外伤性睾丸破裂的病例，分析影响睾丸破裂超声诊断的因素及诊治流程并学习相关文献。结果：患者经超声诊断并及时手术治疗后，顺利出院。结论：睾丸外伤后尤其睾丸破裂非常危急，临床应提高对此的警惕性，早期诊断并及时救治。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the signs related to ultrasound diagnosis of testicular trauma, especially testicular rupture, and to improve the prevention of this disease. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the cases of testicular rupture due to trauma admitted to People’s Hospital of Yinan in June 2025 was conducted. The factors affecting the ultrasound diagnosis of testicular rupture and the diagnosis and treatment process were analyzed and the relevant literature was reviewed. Results: Patients were successfully discharged after ultrasound diagnosis and timely surgical treatment. Conclusion: After testicular trauma, especially testicular rupture, the condition is very critical, and clinicians should be more vigilant about this condition, make early diagnosis and provide timely treatment.
