标准化病人联合OSCE的教学方法在普外科实习带教中的应用
The Application of Standardized Patients Combined with OSCE in the Teaching of General Surgery Internship
摘要: 目的:研究标准化病人(Standardized Patients, SP)联合客观结构化临床考试(Objective Structured Clinical Examination, OSCE)的教学方法在普外科实习带教中的应用价值。方法:选取本院2023年6月~2025年6月在普外科实习的本科生共60人,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用SP联合OSCE的教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方式;比较两组的理论考试成绩、OSCE各站的得分和总得分。结果:两组的理论考试、病历书写成绩均无显著性差异(P > 0.05);在SP问诊、体格检查、外科技能、内科技能、急救技能、辅助检查判读的得分以及站点总得分方面,实验组得分较对照组均显著提高(P < 0.05)。结论:SP联合OSCE的教学方法有利于提高学生的基本技能和操作能力,培养学生的临床思维能力,在普外科实习带教中有重要价值。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the application value of the teaching method combining standardized patients (SP) and objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) in the internship of general surgery. Methods: A total of 60 undergraduate students who interned in the general surgery department of our hospital from June 2023 to June 2025 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group was taught using the SP combined with OSCE method, while the control group was taught using the traditional method. The theoretical examination scores, the scores of each OSCE station, and the total scores were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in the theoretical examination and medical record writing scores between the two groups (P > 0.05). However, the scores of the experimental group in SP history taking, physical examination, surgical skills, internal medicine skills, emergency skills, and interpretation of auxiliary examinations, as well as the total scores of each station, were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions: The teaching method combining SP and OSCE is beneficial for improving students' basic skills and operational abilities, and cultivating their clinical thinking skills. It has significant value in the internship teaching of general surgery.
