相变材料在建筑围护材料中的应用与研究进展
Application and Research Progress of Phase Change Materials in Building Envelope Materials
摘要: 建筑节能减碳对低碳发展具有较好的意义。为了深入了解相变材料在建筑围护材料中的应用与研究进展,文章梳理了相变材料选择、改性方法与典型应用。考虑其在能效发挥上仍存在一定局限,重点分析了它在导热提升、过冷抑制,减漏增稳、梯度功能,双能耦合、协同调控等关键性能优化上的最新进展与改进成效,以期为进一步推动相变材料在建筑中的研究与应用提供参考。
Abstract: Building energy conservation and carbon reduction have significant implications for low-carbon development. In order to gain a deeper understanding of the application and research progress of phase change materials in building envelope materials, the selection, modification methods, and typical applications of phase change materials were sorted out. Considering that there are still certain limitations in their energy efficiency performance, the latest progress and improvement effects of phase change materials in key performance optimization such as thermal conductivity enhancement, supercooling suppression, leakage reduction and stabilization, gradient function, dual energy coupling, and collaborative regulation were analyzed, in order to provide reference for further promoting the research and application of phase change materials in buildings.
