面向智慧养老社区的O2O电商服务整合模式与优化策略研究

A Study on the Integration Model and Optimization Strategy of O2O E-Commerce Services for Smart Elderly Care Communities

摘要: 在人口老龄化与“互联网 + 养老”政策双重驱动下，智慧养老社区成为养老服务升级的重要场景。O2O电商模式通过线上线下融合，为整合社区养老服务资源提供了新路径。本文系统构建了社区主导型平台整合、电商平台嵌入式合作及第三方专业服务联盟三种典型整合模式，深入剖析了其在盈利可持续性、服务标准化、数字鸿沟与人才支撑等方面面临的现实困境。在此基础上，从模式精准定位、运营能力提升、政策与生态协同三个维度，提出了针对性的优化策略体系，以促进智慧养老社区O2O电商服务的规范化与可持续发展。

Abstract: Driven by the aging population and the “Internet + Elderly Care” policy, smart elderly care communities have become an important scenario for the upgrade of elderly care services. The O2O e-commerce model, through the integration of online and offline, provides a new path for integrating community elderly care service resources. This paper systematically constructs three typical integration models: community-led platform integration, embedded cooperation of e-commerce platforms, and third-party professional service alliance. It deeply analyzes the practical difficulties they face in terms of sustainable profitability, service standardization, digital divide, and talent support. Based on this, from the dimensions of precise model positioning, operational capability improvement, and policy and ecosystem collaboration, a targeted optimization strategy system is proposed to promote the standardization and sustainable development of O2O e-commerce services in smart elderly care communities.
