老子“礼”之研究
Research on Laozi’s “Li” (Ritual)
摘要: “礼”是中国传统哲学的核心观念,是历代学者研究的重要对象。关于礼之起源问题的回答,古今学者各抒己见,未有定论。本文基于上古及三代传统礼学视域下,考察和研究老子礼论,首先要厘清老子礼之概念,从“道”的高度来审视“礼”,阐发老子礼之文质内容,深化对礼之本质、精神及其所反映的人之本质的认识,否定将礼之价值标准绝对化,希望在政治上实行顺自然而为的“圣人之治”,在社会中构建更高阶段的“玄同”的社会秩序,挖掘道家文化所构建的礼学体系的价值旨归。
Abstract: “Li” (ritual) is a core concept in traditional Chinese philosophy and an important subject of study for scholars throughout history. Regarding the origin of ritual, scholars from ancient and modern times have expressed diverse views without reaching a consensus. Based on the perspective of traditional ritual studies from ancient times and the Three Dynasties, this paper examines and studies Laozi’s theory of ritual. Firstly, it clarifies the concept of Laozi’s ritual, views “ritual” from the height of “Tao”, elucidates the essence and spirit of Laozi’s ritual, deepens the understanding of the essence of ritual, its spirit, and the human essence it reflects, and rejects the absolutization of the value standards of ritual. It hopes to implement a “governing by sages” that follows nature in politics, construct a higher-level “unity in mystery” social order in society, and explore the value orientation of the ritual system constructed by Taoist culture.
