低生育率背景下婴幼儿托育专业人才培养模式创新研究——以西南某民办高校为例
Research on Innovative Training Models for Infant and Toddler Care Professionals in the Context of Low Fertility Rates—Taking a Private University in the Southwest as an Example
摘要: 近年来,我国生育率持续走低,而婴幼儿托育服务需求却日益凸显,这对托育专业人才培养提出了更高要求。本文基于文献分析、案例研究及问卷调查等方法,系统梳理当前婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业人才培养中存在的问题,并结合低生育率背景与产教融合理念,提出具有可操作性的优化路径。研究发现,当前培养模式存在课程体系“重理论轻实践”、师资结构不合理、实训基地缺乏、校企合作形式化等问题。文章从课程重构、师资建设、实训体系、校企协同等方面提出具体对策,以期为构建适应低生育率社会需求的托育人才培养体系提供参考。
Abstract: In recent years, China’s fertility rate has continued to decline, while the demand for infant and toddler care services has increasingly emerged, posing higher requirements for the cultivation of professional talent in childcare. This paper, based on methods such as literature analysis, case studies, and questionnaires, systematically examines the existing issues in the training of professionals in infant and toddler care services and management. Combined with the context of low fertility rates and the concept of integration of industry and education, it proposes practical optimization pathways. The study finds that the current training model has problems such as a curriculum system that emphasizes theory over practice, an unreasonable faculty structure, a lack of training bases, and formalized school-enterprise cooperation. The article proposes specific measures in terms of curriculum reconstruction, faculty development, training system improvement, and school-enterprise collaboration, aiming to provide a reference for building a childcare talent training system that meets the needs of a low-fertility society.
