摘要: 网络空间是当今社会生活的重要领域，其文明秩序的构建是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成部分。法律强化与平台责任落实是规范网络文明行为、构筑清朗网络生态的重要保证。因此本文将从网络空间治理法治化与网络平台承担治理责任这一视角出发，通过明晰网络空间、文明行为规范的内涵，分析当前平台法律规制与平台责任承担现状，在此基础上提出网络空间文明行为规范法律强化与平台责任进阶的路径。

Abstract: Cyberspace is a crucial domain of modern social life, and the establishment of its civilized order is an integral part of modernizing the national governance system and capabilities. Strengthening legal frameworks and implementing platform accountability are essential guarantees for regulating civilized online behavior and fostering a healthy cyberspace ecosystem. Therefore, this paper will adopt the perspective of legalizing cyberspace governance and assigning governance responsibilities to platforms. By clarifying the connotations of cyberspace and civilized behavioral norms, it analyzes the current state of legal regulations and platform accountability, proposing pathways for legal reinforcement of civilized online behavior norms and the advancement of platform responsibilities.
