语言学硕士论文中否定词的跨章节使用研究

摘要: 本文基于自建的汉、英本族语者语言学硕士论文语料库(分别为CMTLC、EMTLC)，旨在考察两个语料库中未标记否定词的总体频率及其跨章节使用特征。结果表明，两个语料库均以not和no为主要否定形式，但EMTLC否定词频次显著高于CMTLC。在章节分布上，两个语料库的未标记否定词在文献综述部分频次较高；在结果分析部分达到峰值，但EMTLC中否定词分布更均衡，而CMTLC波动更明显；在核心论证章节中二者频次差异显著。在引言章和结论章差异不显著的主要原因包括文化背景、二语习得中的回避现象及写作风格等。
Abstract: Based on the two self-built corpora of MA theses in linguistics written by Chinese and English native speakers (CMTLC and EMTLC), this paper aims to examine the overall frequency of unmarked negative words in the two corpus and their cross-chapter characteristics. The results show that not and no serve as the primary negative forms in both corpora, but the frequency in EMTLC is significantly higher than in CMTLC. Regarding chapter distribution, unmarked negation occurs more frequently in the literature review section and peaks in the results and discussion section in both corpora. However, the distribution of negation is more balanced in EMTLC, while it fluctuates more noticeably in CMTLC. The main reasons for the insignificant difference between the introduction chapter and the conclusion chapter include cultural background, avoidance in second language acquisition and writing style.
