知识管理理论框架下新一代人工智能驱动档案知识服务创新模式探究
Exploration on the Innovation Model of Archival Knowledge Service Driven by the New Generation of Artificial Intelligence under the Framework of Knowledge Management Theory
摘要: 新一代人工智能为档案知识服务创新转型提供了技术支撑,但目前在技术赋能、服务模式、知识价值挖掘等方面仍存在较多问题。本文以知识管理理论为框架,依托SECI模型,从“技术赋能–模式创新–价值实现”逻辑主线出发,探究人工智能与档案知识服务的融合路径,构建起隐性知识传播转化、显性知识组合内化的全链条创新服务模式,并从顶层设计、技术研发等层面提出价值实现路径,为推动档案知识服务转型、破解资源“藏用脱节”难题、助力档案事业高质量发展提供思路。
Abstract: The new generation of artificial intelligence provides technical support for the innovative transformation of archival knowledge services, yet there remain prominent problems in technical empowerment, service models and knowledge value mining at present. Taking the knowledge management theory as the framework and relying on the SECI model, this paper explores the integration path of artificial intelligence and archival knowledge services from the logic of “technical empowerment-model innovation-value realization”, and constructs a full-chain innovative service model covering the communication and transformation of tacit knowledge as well as the combination and internalization of explicit knowledge. It also puts forward the path of value realization from the aspects of top-level design and technological research and development, so as to provide ideas for promoting the transformation of archival knowledge services, solving the dilemma of separation between collection and utilization of resources and boosting the high-quality development of the archival cause.
