摘要: 目的:探讨数字技术驱动的孕妇口腔健康教育研究进展,解决传统模式在可及性、标准化及持续性方面的不足,为优化母婴健康管理提供参考。方法从孕妇口腔健康教育的现实需求切入,结合孕期口腔健康的重要性及传统宣教模式的局限,系统梳理移动健康应用、社交媒体、远程医疗、物联网、人工智能等数字技术在干预方式、内容设计及效果评价中的研究与应用现状。结果数字技术可推动教育向智慧化、个性化、全程化发展,显著提高教育效率、覆盖面与精准度,但仍面临数字鸿沟、数据安全风险及循证依据不足等挑战。结论未来应构建“医–患–机”协同生态,发展基于孕周及个体健康状况的精准干预策略,持续提升孕期口腔健康教育的质量与可持续性,助力母婴健康管理水平不断优化。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the research progress of digital technology-driven oral health education for pregnant women, addressing the shortcomings of traditional models in accessibility, standardization, and sustainability, and to provide references for optimizing maternal and child health management. Methods: Starting from the practical needs of oral health education for pregnant women and considering the importance of oral health during pregnancy and the limitations of traditional education models, this study systematically reviews the research and application status of digital technologies such as mobile health apps, social media, telemedicine, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence in intervention methods, content design, and effect evaluation. Results: Digital technologies can promote the development of education towards intelligence, personalization, and comprehensiveness, significantly improving education efficiency, coverage, and accuracy. However, challenges such as the digital divide, data security risks, and insufficient evidence-based support remain. Conclusion: In the future, a collaborative “doctor-patient-machine” ecosystem should be established to develop precise intervention strategies based on gestational weeks and individual health conditions, continuously improving the quality and sustainability of oral health education during pregnancy, and supporting the ongoing optimization of maternal and child health management.
