人工智能技术赋能高职英语教学创新的价值、挑战与系统路径
The Value, Challenges, and Systematic Pathways of AI-Empowered Innovation in Vocational English Instruction

摘要: 人工智能技术的快速演进为高职教育的数字化与智能化转型带来了前所未有的机遇,尤其在英语教学领域,其介入正在重塑教学模式、课堂结构与人才培养路径。本文系统分析人工智能赋能高职英语教学的主要价值,包括促进人机协同、创新学习方式、支持复合型人才培养以及推动教师专业发展。同时指出当下实践中存在的协同机制缺失、资源职业性不足、评价体系智能化水平不高、学生学习主动性较弱、教师数字素养提升体系不健全及校企合作深度不够等现实困难。基于以上问题,本文提出从教学模式重构、资源库建设、评价体系优化、智慧学习场景构建及制度保障五个方面推进改革的系统路径。研究旨在为高职英语教学的智能化升级提供理论支持与实践参考,助力学生英语应用能力与职业竞争力的全面提升。
Abstract: The rapid evolution of artificial intelligence technology presents unprecedented opportunities for the digital and intelligent transformation of vocational education, particularly in English instruction. Its integration is reshaping teaching models, classroom structures, and talent development pathways. This paper systematically analyzes the primary value of AI in empowering vocational English teaching, including promoting human-machine collaboration, innovating learning methods, supporting the cultivation of multi-skilled talents, and advancing teacher professional development. It also identifies practical challenges in current implementation, such as the absence of collaborative mechanisms, insufficient vocational relevance of resources, inadequate intelligence in evaluation systems, weak student learning initiative, incomplete systems for enhancing teacher digital literacy, and insufficient depth in school-enterprise cooperation. Addressing these issues, this paper proposes a systematic reform pathway encompassing five dimensions: instructional model reconstruction, resource repository development, evaluation system optimization, intelligent learning scenario construction, and institutional safeguards. The research aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the intelligent upgrading of vocational English education, thereby comprehensively enhancing students’ English application capabilities and professional competitiveness.
