基于AI与OBE理念的高职人才综合素质评价研究
Research on Comprehensive Quality Evaluation of Higher Vocational Talents Based on AI and OBE Concepts
摘要: 高职院校的核心任务是为社会培养高素质技能人才。在此过程中,建立科学的人才综合素质评价体系,不仅是对培养成果的检验,更是对培养方向的重要引导。目前,许多院校仍主要采用“考试 + 分数”的传统评价模式,偏重考试考核成绩,对学生的综合素质关注不够,更难以适应社会对高素质复合型人才的需求。因此,高职院校的人才评价体系亟待改革。AI (人工智能)与OBE (成果导向教育)理念的普及,为高职院校改进综合素质评价体系提供了新的可能:AI技术可提供精准、多元的评价工具与方法,OBE理念则推动评价重心从分数转向实际学习成果。因此,将AI与OBE理念融入高职院校的人才评价体系,构建一套科学、多元、动态的综合素质评价机制,成为高职院校教育教学改革中一项值得深入探讨的课题。
Abstract: The core mission of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate high-quality skilled talents for society. In this process, establishing a scientific evaluation system for students’ comprehensive quality not only serves as an assessment of educational outcomes but also provides crucial guidance for the direction of talent cultivation. Currently, many institutions still rely primarily on the traditional evaluation model of “examinations + scores”, which tends to overemphasize test results while paying insufficient attention to students’ comprehensive competencies. This approach fails to meet society’s demand for high-quality, versatile talents. Therefore, there is an urgent need to reform the talent evaluation system in higher vocational colleges. The growing popularity of AI (Artificial Intelligence) and OBE (Outcome-Based Education) concepts offers new possibilities for improving the comprehensive quality evaluation system in these institutions: AI technology can provide precise and diverse evaluation tools and methods, while the OBE philosophy shifts the focus of evaluation from scores to actual learning outcomes. Consequently, integrating AI and OBE into the talent evaluation system of higher vocational colleges to develop a scientific, diversified, and dynamic comprehensive quality evaluation mechanism has become a topic worthy of in-depth exploration in the context of educational reform.
