数字技术赋能下农田水利施工成本管理优化
Optimization of Farmland Irrigation and Water Conservancy Construction Cost Management Empowered by Digital Technology
摘要: 农田水利工程作为保障粮食安全的核心基础设施,其施工成本管理直接影响项目投资效益与农业可持续发展。针对当前农田水利施工中材料浪费严重、人工效率低下、技术赋能不足等关键问题,本文基于全生命周期理论与数据驱动思想,以山东枣庄某区水利工程为核心案例,系统分析施工成本构成特征与影响因素,提出融合数字孪生、物联网、机器学习等技术的成本优化方案。研究表明:通过构建动态成本预测模型、智能化施工管控体系、跨部门协同监管机制,可实现施工成本偏差控制在8%以内,材料利用率提升20%,人工成本降低35%以上。该研究为黄淮海地区农田水利工程提质增效提供了理论支撑与实践路径,对推动智慧水利发展具有重要意义。
Abstract: As a core infrastructure for ensuring food security, the construction cost management of farmland irrigation and water conservancy projects directly affects project investment efficiency and sustainable agricultural development. Addressing key issues in current farmland irrigation and water conservancy construction, such as serious material waste, low labor efficiency, and insufficient technological empowerment, this paper, based on the full life cycle theory and data-driven approach, takes a water conservancy project in a district of Zaozhuang, Shandong Province as a core case study. It systematically analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of construction cost composition and proposes a cost optimization scheme integrating digital twins, the Internet of Things, and machine learning technologies. Research shows that by constructing a dynamic cost prediction model, an intelligent construction management and control system, and a cross-departmental collaborative supervision mechanism, construction cost deviation can be controlled within 8%, material utilization rate can be increased by 20%, and labor costs can be reduced by more than 35%. This research provides theoretical support and practical pathways for improving the quality and efficiency of farmland irrigation and water conservancy projects in the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain, and is of great significance for promoting the development of smart water conservancy.
