数字化转型对企业创新质量的影响机制与深层逻辑——基于组织过程与治理视角的系统性解构
The Impact Mechanism and In-Depth Logic of Digital Transformation on Corporate Innovation Quality—A Systematic Deconstruction from the Perspectives of Organizational Processes and Governance
摘要: 在数字技术深度融入制造业研发、生产与质量管理全流程的背景下,产业创新评价标准已从“数量扩张”转向“质量提升”,如何产出具备工艺突破价值的高质量创新成果成为核心命题。现有文献多聚焦数字化对创新数量的促进效应,鲜有系统构建“数字化–组织行为–创新质量”的完整因果链条,亦缺乏对突破性创新及专利价值非线性影响的深入探讨。文章以制造业企业为研究对象,系统考察数字化转型影响创新质量的微观机制与现实效果。研究表明,数字化转型本质是以数据为核心的生产与治理整体性重构,其创新赋能效应通过三重路径释放:跨界知识整合克服组织惯性、信任型治理缓解代理矛盾、数据驱动响应优化资源配置,分别从知识搜寻、治理效率与资源适配维度推动创新质量提升。研究进一步指出,数字化转型内嵌的组织协同是创新质量增长的核心动力,对实体经济高质量发展具有实质性支撑作用。未来研究可深入探讨不同技术场景下专利积聚与数据合规的制度障碍。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of digital technologies being deeply integrated into the entire R&D, production, and quality management processes of manufacturing industries, the evaluation paradigm of industrial innovation has shifted from “quantity expansion” to “quality improvement”. How to generate high-quality innovation outcomes with technological breakthrough value has become a core research question. Existing literature predominantly focuses on the quantitative promotional effects of digitalization on innovation, while few studies systematically establish a complete causal chain of “digital transformation-organizational behavior-innovation quality”, nor do they sufficiently explore the nonlinear impacts on breakthrough innovation and patent value. Taking manufacturing enterprises as the research sample, this paper systematically investigates the micro-mechanisms and practical effects of digital transformation on innovation quality. The study demonstrates that digital transformation is essentially a holistic restructuring of production and governance centered on data. Its innovation-empowering effect is unleashed through three pathways: cross-boundary knowledge integration that overcomes organizational inertia, trust-based governance that alleviates principal-agent conflicts, and data-driven responsiveness that optimizes resource allocation—each advancing innovation quality from the dimensions of knowledge search, governance efficiency, and resource adaptation, respectively. The study further identifies that organizational synergy embedded in digital transformation serves as the core driving force for innovation quality improvement, substantially supporting high-quality development of the real economy. Future research can delve into institutional barriers to patent accumulation and data compliance across diverse technological scenarios.
