青年劳动的本体论和认识论向度批判

A Critical Ontological and Epistemological Dimension of Youth Labor

摘要: 文章认为生存是劳动的出发点和落脚点，理论上解决了青年劳动导向问题。文章从本体论和认识论高度出发，认为青年需劳动保证物质本体和精神存在，根据社会经济发展现实、自身能力体力具体情况择业，也需在“实践–认识”的无限循环过程中提升认识水平，更好指导实践，克服劳动异化，实践中为青年劳动自由和解放提供了现实途径。

Abstract: The article posits that survival serves as both the starting point and the ultimate goal of labor, theoretically addressing the issue of labor orientation for the youth. From the heights of ontology and epistemology, the article argues that young people must engage in labor to ensure material existence and spiritual presence. Based on the realities of socio-economic development and their own abilities and physical conditions, they should choose careers accordingly. Additionally, they must enhance their cognitive level through the infinite cycle of practice and cognition to better guide practice, overcome labor alienation, and provide practical pathways for the freedom and liberation of youth labor.
