An Analysis of the Legal Issues under the Unified Registration of Real Estate

摘要: 本文根据近3年不动产统一登记的实践，在分析《物权法》和《不动产登记暂行条例》设定的物权和不动产登记类型的基础上，提出了以不动产为中心的建议物权体系，同时，对现今不动产登记过程中存在的法律问题进行了客观分析，提出了现实解决问题的方法。

Abstract: According to the practice of nearly 3 years of real estate unified registration, we put forward the proposed real right system centered on the real estate. The results were based on analyzing the property and real estate registration types set by Property Laws and the Provisional Property Registration Regulations. At the same time, we analyze the legal issues existing in the real estate registration process; this paper presents a practical method to solve the problem.
