超声诊断头颈部迷走神经副神经节瘤1例报道
Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Vagal Paraganglioma of Head and Neck: Case Report
摘要:
报告一例经超声诊断的头颈部迷走神经副神经节瘤患者。患者发现右颈部肿物3年、增大半个月而就诊。伴右侧头痛、右侧耳部疼痛、声音嘶哑、呼吸及吞咽困难。颈部肿物彩超:右侧颈内静脉外侧软组织层低回声团;CDFI:低回声团内探及丰富紊乱血流信号。术后病理:结合免疫组化符合副神经节瘤,可见神经侵犯。发生在头颈部的副神经节瘤临床罕见,超声检查可明确肿瘤的定位、了解与周围组织的关系以及评估局部生长浸润情况,且方便快捷、无放射性、重复性高,可作为首选检查。
Abstract:
A patient with the tumor of head and neck vagal paraganglioma diagnosed by ultrasound was re-ported. The patient found a right neck mass for 3 years, increased by half a month and treated. With right side headache, right ear pain, hoarseness, difficulty breathing and swallowing. Color Doppler Ultrasound of the neck mass: low echo mass of the lateral soft tissue layer of the right jugular vein; CDFI: the hypoechoic cluster probes and enriches the disordered blood flow signals. Postoperative pathology: The combination of immunohistochemistry was consistent with paraganglioma and showed nerve invasion. The paraganglioma that occurs in the head and neck is rarely seen clinically. Ultrasound can identify the location of the tumor, understand the relationship with the surrounding tissue, and assess the local growth infiltration. It is convenient, quick, non-radioactive, and highly reproducible, can be used as the preferred check.
