针对硼钢热冲压零件冷切边冲孔技术的基础实验
Basic Experiment on Cold Cutting Edge Punching Technology for Hot Stamping Parts of Boron Steel

本文以BR1500HS热成形钢为材料,针对该种材料热冲压零件冷切边冲孔技术,首先开展了不同淬火条件下的钢板力学性能实验。研究表明,水淬与油淬情况下马氏体含量均较高,材料硬度最高可达HV 400以上;其次,为获取后续该工艺仿真研究所需的材料断裂准则,本文进行了不同淬火条件下硼钢断裂实验,通过不同尺寸单拉试样得到了硼钢在不同应力比和三轴度下的断裂参数。
Abstract:
In this paper, BR1500HS hot forming steel is used as material, and the mechanical properties of the steel plate under different quenching conditions are carried out according to the cold cutting edge punching technology for hot stamping parts of the material. The martensite is the main content under the water quenching and oil quenching. The hardness of the material exceeds HV 400 at the highest. In order to obtain the fracture criterion of the material required in the simulation, the fracture test of boron steel under different quenching conditions was performed. The fracture parameter of boron steel at different stress ratios and triaxiality was obtained through different size single pull samples.
