气相缓蚀剂二环己胺离子的分析检测
Analysis and Detection of Gas Phase Corrosion Inhibitor Dicyclohexylamine Ion
摘要: 钢铁的腐蚀是工业上面临的一个严重问题,若从工艺和资金上来考虑,需添加一种缓蚀剂来降低腐蚀速度。目前,胺盐型腐蚀抑制剂使用较多,且效果优越。本文通过对样品的物理、化学分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱及离子色谱等系列分析并推测判断出不同离子体的二环己胺盐在钢铁防腐气相缓蚀剂的分析,最终确定该固体样品可能为亚硝酸二环己胺。
Abstract: Corrosion of steel is a serious problem in the industry. If it is technically and financially considered, a corrosion inhibitor should be added to reduce the corrosion rate. At present, amine salt type corrosion inhibitors are used more and have superior effects. In this paper, physical and chemical analysis of the sample, UV spectrum, infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and ion chromatography and other series of analysis and speculation to determine the different ions of dicyclohexylamine salt corrosion inhibitor in steel corrosion analysis, and finally it was determined that the solid sample may be dicyclohexylamine nitrite.
