LY Hotel Personalized Service Strategy Analysis
摘要: 酒店个性化服务在满足宾客需求,提高对客服务质量的同时,也能让酒店在同业竞争中脱颖而出取得竞争优势,提高核心竞争力。但有些酒店对个性化服务理念的认识还存有误区或偏差,在个性化服务管理中还存在一些问题或不足。本文对此展开了探讨和分析,从广义层面上扩展了对个性化服务理念的认识,并以LY大酒店为实例,提出一些相应的管理策略,为酒店提升核心竞争力,发挥市场竞争优势,增加自身价值提供一定的参考。
Abstract: Hotel personalized service can not only meet the needs of guests, improve service quality, but also enable the hotel to obtain competitive advantages and improve the core competitiveness. Some hotels have misconceptions or deviations on the concept of personalized service and there are some problems or deficiencies. In a broad sense, this paper expands the understanding of the concept of personalized service. Taking LY hotel as an example, this paper puts forward the management strategy to improve the core competitiveness of the hotel.
