胃癌围术期并发症护理结果分析

Analysis on Nursing Results of Perioperative Complications of Gastric Cancer

摘要: 目的：总结胃癌围术期并发症的护理方法。方法：将2012年~2016年住院施行胃癌手术中围术期并发症56例的临床资料和护理方法进行总结分析。结果：总的并发症合并症发生率为34.6% (56/162)，其中合并症发生率为29.6%，并发症发生率为9.3%；合并症和并发症均发生7例，所有患者均顺利完成治疗计划，无严重并发症发生。结论：只要围术期治疗方法得当，护理程序到位，病情观察细心，许多并发症是能够预防的。

Abstract: Objective: To summarize the nursing methods of perioperative complications of gastric cancer. Methods: The clinical data and nursing methods of 56 cases of perioperative complications in gas-tric cancer surgery in hospital from 2012 to 2016 were summarized and analyzed. Results: The overall incidence of complications is 34.6% (56/162), of which the incidence of complications is 29.6% and the incidence of complications is 9.3%; There were 7 cases of complications and com-plications. All patients successfully completed the treatment plan and no serious complications occurred. Conclusion: As long as the perioperative treatment is appropriate, care procedures are in place, and the condition is observed carefully, many complications can be prevented.
