围产期会阴护理结果分析

Analysis of Perinatal Perineal Nursing Results

摘要: 目的：总结围产期会阴护理的方法。方法：对2016年住院分娩孕产妇304例的相关资料、护理方法和结果进行回顾性总结分析。结果：施行助产分娩82例，阴道顺产169例；剖宫产53例。会阴侧切41例，会阴轻度撕裂11例。6例切口有感染迹象，产后第9 d切口完全愈合。结论：会阴护理的关键是围产期有效合理的防范措施，能减少或避免围产期会阴并发症的发生。

Abstract: Objective: To summarize the methods of perinatal nursing. Methods: The data, nursing methods and results of 304 cases of pregnant and pregnant women in 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: There were 82 cases of obstetric delivery and 169 cases of vaginal birth. There are 53 cases of cesarean section. There were 41 cases of perineal incision and 11 cases with slight perineal tear. Six cases showed signs of infection and the 9 d incision was completely healed. Conclusion: The key of perineum nursing is the effective and reasonable prevention measures in perinatal period, which can reduce or avoid the occurrence of perinatal complications.
