录像播放对护生技能考试焦虑水平的效果与分析

摘要: 目的:评价考试前播放技能录像对缓解考生技能操作考试焦虑的效果。方法:采用方便抽样法,选取进入《护理学基础》课程学习,且为第一次参加技能操作考核的2016级护理本科生共90名作为研究对象,分为对照组44名和实验组46名考生,对照组采用常规考前安排,实验组采用考前观看编辑的技能操作录像,并用TAS量表、考试成绩等评价两组的效果。结果:对照组考生干预前后和实验组考生干预前中、高焦虑水平人数占比都达到了75%以上。对照组干预前后焦虑量表得分分别为17.93 ± 6.86和19.05 ± 5.41;实验组干预前后得分分别为17.29 ± 4.952和14.04 ± 4.64,实验组干预后的焦虑水平得分相比干预前有着显著的下降(p < 0.05),对照组干预前后焦虑水平得分无统计学意义的差异(p > 0.05)。实验组的考试成绩高于对照组。结论:在《护理学基础》课程操作考试前播放操作视频能够缓解考生参加操作考试的焦虑程度。
Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effects of broadcasting video tapes of nursing skills before the skill test on the anxiety of nursing students. Methods: Ninety year-two nursing students were recruited conveniently in the study. Forty-four subjects were in the control group and forty-six were in the intervention group. The control group had usual pre-test arrangement. The intervention group watched the video tapes before the skill test. The effects were evaluated using the TAS and the skill test score. Results: The anxiety of more than 75% of the subjects before and after broadcasting the video tapes was at the high level. The anxiety scores of the control group before (17.93 ± 6.86) and after (19.05 ± 5.41) the intervention were similar without significant difference (p > 0.05). The anxiety scores of the intervention group after the intervention (14.04 ± 4.64) were significantly lower than the score before the intervention (17.29 ± 4.95, p < 0.05). The skill test scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group. Conclusion: Broadcasting the video tapes of nursing skills can reduce the anxiety of nursing students before the skill test.
