Abstract: Mindfulness meditation originated from Buddhist meditation and aims to foster an attitude of openness and acceptance at this moment of experience. Previous studies have found that mind-fulness meditation can not only treat anxiety, negative emotions, but also promote positive emo-tions. This paper mainly reviews the neural mechanisms of mindfulness meditation to regulate positive and negative emotions, and puts forward the prospects for future research.
