零担物流联盟企业能力评价体系研究

Research on the Evaluation System of the Enterprise Capability of the LTL Logistics Alliance

摘要: 物流行业快速发展的背景下，全国零担物流企业数量多、规模小、集中率低的问题逐渐突出。在对零担企业的行业分析中，通过从企业营业能力、物流运作能力、信息化能力、增值服务能力四个方面对零担物流企业进行综合能力评价体系构建，并通过组合赋权求权重的方法，得到零担物流企业综合能力评分，为零担企业组成联盟，共同获益发展，分配利益做准备。最后选取四家零担物流企业进行能力评价实证，并分析评价结果。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the logistics industry, the problems of large number, small scale and low concentration rate of the national logistics enterprises are becoming more and more prominent. In the industry analysis of the part-time logistics enterprises, the evaluation system of the part-time logistics enterprises’ comprehensive ability is constructed from four aspects: business ability, logistics operation ability, information technology ability and value-added service ability. Through the method of combination empowerment and weighting, the score of the part-time logistics enterprises’ comprehensive ability is obtained, which can be prepared for the alliance, benefiting and developing together and distributing benefits of the part-time logistics enterprises. Finally, four logistics enterprises are selected to carry out capacity evaluation, and the evaluation results are analyzed.
