磁共振成像在类风湿关节炎诊断治疗中的应用
Application of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) in Diagnosis and Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis
摘要: 目的：探讨腕关节磁共振成像(MRI)在类风湿关节炎(RA)早期诊断中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析46例临床确诊为RA患者的MRI影像学表现。结果：46例患者中，腕关节MRI检查45例均显示滑膜增厚，21例有骨髓水肿，41例有骨侵蚀，32例有肌腱韧带炎及腱鞘炎，16例有关节腔积液。结论：MRI对RA早期滑膜炎、骨侵蚀、骨髓水肿等特征性改变有较高的敏感度，值得推广应用。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the value of wrist MRI in early diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods: A retrospective analysis of magnetic resonance imaging finding in 46 patients with clin-ically confirmed RA. Results: Of the 46 patients examined by wrist magnetic resonance imaging, 45 showed synovial membrane thickening; 21 showed bone marrow edema; 41 showed bone erosion; 32 showed tendinitis and tenosynovitis; and 16 showed joint effusion. Conclusion: MRI examination has high sensitivity to early synovitis, bone erosion, bone marrow edema, and other characteristic changes of RA, which is worthy of popularization and application.
