面向应用型人才培养的财务管理教学改革研究

Research on the Teaching Reform of Practical Talent Training of Financial Management

摘要: 从当前应用型财务管理专业人才培养的必要性出发，首先分析了当前财务管理教学的现状及存在的问题，然后提出了校内实训、校企联训、案例导训相结合的财务管理专业实践性教学模式，并从重构实践教学内容、完善实践教学评价体系、改革教学方法以及增强实践教学力度等方面提出了对策措施。

Abstract: Starting from the necessity of training applied financial management professionals, this paper first analyzes the current situation and existing problems of financial management teaching, and then puts forward a practical teaching mode of financial management, which combines in-school training, school-enterprise joint training and case-based training. This paper also puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of reconstructing the content of practical teaching, per-fecting the evaluation system of practical teaching, reforming teaching methods and enhancing practical teaching.
