职场网络不文明行为研究综述
A Review on Workplace Cyber Incivility Researches
摘要: 职场网络不文明行为作为伴随网络技术在职场中的普遍使用而兴起的一种新的低强度消极行为,已得到了广泛的研究关注。本文对职场网络不文明行为概念的提出进行了梳理,综述了有关职场网络不文明行为的前因、后果及中介和调节机制的研究成果,并在此基础上对已有研究进行了述评,指出了这一主题的未来研究方向。
Abstract: Workplace cyber incivility emerges as a new type of low-intensity negative behavior that has ari-sen along with the widespread use of cyber technologies in the modern workplace. This paper sorts out the concept of workplace cyber incivility, and summarizes the existing researches of the causes, consequences, mediation and moderation mechanism of the workplace cyber incivility. On the basis of reviewing the existing researches in this domain, the present paper points out the future research directions of workplace cyber incivility.
