厦门市幼儿园啦啦操发展过程中存在的问题及对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Cheerleading in Kindergartens in Xiamen City

摘要: 本文采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等手段，对厦门市幼儿啦啦操的发展进行分析，找出其影响因素主要是宣传力度薄弱、幼儿园整体对啦啦操的重视度不足、教师的技术水平较弱、幼儿家长对啦啦操的认识浅显，从而导致厦门市幼儿啦啦操发展缓慢。为了更好地促进厦门市啦啦操的可持续发展，本文对其目前发展过程中存在的问题进行分析，提出一系列针对性的发展对策。

Abstract: This paper uses literature data method, questionnaire survey method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method and other means to analyze the development of children’s cheer-leading in Xiamen. The main influencing factors are the weak propaganda, the lack of attention of the cheerleading about the overall kindergarten, the weak technical level of the teachers, and the shallow awareness of the cheerleading of the parents of the children, which have led to the slow development of the children’s cheerleading in Xiamen. In order to better promote the sustainable development of cheerleading in Xiamen, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the current development process and proposes a series of targeted development countermeasures.
