碳纤维复合材料V型缺口试样剪切试验方案的研究

摘要: 通过V型缺口试样的剪切试验研究碳纤维复合材料的面内剪切性能,试验基本方案遵循美标ASTM/D7078。在改变尺寸和铺层的条件下计算试样的应力分布,推导在改变条件后应力的变化规律,并分析原因,探索出最佳的V型缺口试样剪切试验方案是圆角增加后的V型缺口试样的剪切试验。通过纤维与直角坐标系下X轴夹角的改变,设定不同的铺层形式。研究[0/90˚]铺层的抗剪切性能小于[±45˚]铺层。[0/90˚]铺层处于纯剪切状态,可用于测量材料的剪切强度。通过试验测试出了典型铺层试样的剪切强度,验证了仿真分析结果。
Abstract: The in-plane shear properties of carbon fiber composites were investigated by the V-notched rail shear test. The basic experimental scheme followed American Standard ASTM/D7078 to calculate the stress distribution of the specimen under the condition of changing size and lay ups, deduce the change law of the stress after changing these condition, and analyze the reason. Through the change of the angle between the fiber and the X-axis in the rectangular coordinate system, different laying forms are set. The [0/90˚] laminate has a shear resistance less than [±45˚] laminates. The [0/90˚] laminate is in a pure shear state and can be used to measure the shear strength of the material. The shear strength of typical laminates specimens was tested by the V-notched rail shear test, and the results of analysis were verified.
