开放教育文化产业管理专业实践教学体系现状分析与建构

摘要: 开放教育文化产业管理专业是培养县域文化产业管理人才的重要教育体系。其实践教学体系难以满足基层文化产业人才培养的需求,经分析主要存在四个方面的问题:教学目标设置缺乏“落地性”;实践教学内容缺乏“区域性”;实践教学方法缺乏“对象性”;实践教学评价体系缺乏“层次性”。充分考虑区域性产业发展需求与人才需求、学习者职业能力提升与迁移需求,从四个方面着手建构符合基层文化产业发展需求的开放教育文化产业管理专业实践教学体系;明确实践教学目标的“基层性”与“职业性”双层定位;建构分阶段的实践教学内容体系;建立师资、学习者、实践基地、虚拟实验室有机统筹的立体实践教学体系;设置动态多元的实践评价体系。
Abstract: The Cultural Industry Management Speciality in open education is an important educational system for training talents in county area. The practical teaching system of the Cultural Industry Management Speciality in open education is difficult to meet the needs of the cultivation of talents in the cultural industry at the county area. There are four main problems: the setting of teaching objectives is lack of “landing”, the content of practical teaching is lack of “regional”, the method of practical teaching is lack of “object”, and the evaluation system of practical teaching is lack of “level”, based on the existing problems, in order to better serve the development of county-areas, cultural industry, fully consider the needs of regional industrial development, the needs of learners' professional ability promotion and migration, and put forward to construct a practical teaching system that meets the needs of county-areas cultural industry development from four aspects: set up the double-layer positioning of practical teaching objectives; build a phased practical teaching content system; establish the four-dimensional practice teaching system, which includes teachers, learners, practice base and virtual laboratory, set up a dynamic and multiplex practice evaluation system.
