幼儿园园长的谦卑型领导行为探析
An Analysis of the Humble Leadership Behavior of Kindergarten Principals
摘要:
随着领导力理论的发展,人们对于一种新的领导行为——谦卑型领导行为的关注度不断提高。谦卑型领导不仅是一种“自下而上”的领导方式,更包含了一种积极、平等、互动的价值观。我国幼儿园实行的是园长负责制,园长的管理与领导行为会直接影响幼儿园教育的质量。过去传统的、“自上而下”的领导方式已不再适应学前教育改革的步伐,谦卑型领导行为的出现和发展为园长更好地发挥引领与服务作用提供了启示。本文通过对谦卑型领导的内涵、园长谦卑型领导行为的表现等的分析,为我国幼儿园园长的领导工作提出了想法和建议。
Abstract:
With the development of leadership theory, people are paying more and more attention to a new kind of leadership behavior, which is humble leadership behavior. Humble leadership is not only a “bottom-up” leadership style, but also contains a positive, equal, and interactive value. The kindergarten director responsibility is implemented in kindergartens in our country. The director’s managerial and leadership behavior affects the quality of kindergarten education directly. The traditional “top-down” leadership style no longer adapts to the pace of kindergarten education reform. The emergence and development of humble leadership behaviors provide enlightenment for the kindergarten principals to play the role of manage and service better. This article puts forward ideas and suggestions for the leadership work of kindergarten principals in my country through the analysis of the connotation of humble leadership and the performance of the principal’s humble leadership behaviors.
