高职院校心理健康课混合式教学设计探究——以“大学生压力管理与挫折应对”为例
Research on Blended Teaching Design of Mental Health Course in Higher Vocational College—Take “Stress Management and Frustration Coping of College Students” as an Example
摘要:
针对当前高职院校心理健康课教学中教学内容、教学模式、课程考核等方面存在的问题,分析了混合式教学的优势;并遵循“教师主导–学生主体”两条主线,按照课前–课中–课后三个阶段,依托网络教学平台进行混合式教学设计。课前推送自主学习任务,课中教学主体采用体验式教学和“雨课堂”互动功能相结合,课后推送巩固和拓展任务。线上线下教学的有机结合,拓展了教学活动的时间和空间,能充分地调动学生的学习积极性和主动性,增强高职心理健康教育教学的实效性。
Abstract:
In view of the problems existing in the current teaching of Mental Health Course in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes on the advantages of the blended teaching, and follows the two main lines of “teacherled and student-centered”, and follows the three stages of preclass, inclass and post-class, Blended Teaching Design based on Network Teaching Platform. The teacher provides to the students self-study task before class, adopts the combination of experiential teaching and interactive function of “Rain Classroom” in class, and provides consolidation and expands tasks after class. The organic combination of on-line and off-line teaching can expand the time and space of teaching activities, fully mobilize students’ enthusiasm and initiative, and enhance the effectiveness of mental health education in higher vocational college.
