温泉县冰雹灾害影响与防御对策
The Influence of Hail Disaster in Wenquan County and Its Countermeasures
摘要: 本文通过分析温泉县1961~2019年冰雹天气的时空分布，1984~2019年冰雹灾害造成农牧业的经济损失等，以及人工影响天气的研究。结果表明温泉县冰雹灾害严重，发生于4~9月，山区多于河谷，西部多于东部，南部多于北部。文中提出人工影响天气对冰雹天气开展合理有效的防雹作业和防御对策，积极为温泉县防灾减灾献计献策，做好本地防雹工作。
Abstract:
This paper analyzes the temporal and spatial distribution of hail weather in Wenquan County from 1961 to 2019, the economic losses of agriculture and animal husbandry caused by hail disaster from 1984 to 2019, and the study of weather modification. The results showed that hail disaster was serious in Wenquan County, which occurred from April to September. The mountain area was more than the valley, the west was more than the east, and the south was more than the north. This paper puts forward reasonable and effective anti-hail operation and defensive countermeasures against hail weather caused by artificial weather, and actively provides suggestions for disaster prevention and mitigation in Wenquan County, as well as local anti-hail work.
