本科在校护生学习态度现状及影响因素的调查研究

摘要: 目的:调查我国本科在校护生学习态度的现状及探讨其影响因素。方法:采用一般资料调查表、学习态度问卷和学习态度影响因素问卷对844名本科在校护生进行问卷调查。结果:本科在校护生学习态度的平均得分为2.73 ± 0.52,得分最高的维度为学习体验(3.66 ± 0.86),得分最低的维度为对护理专业的认识(2.28 ± 0.72);学校因素、报考志愿、对护理工作是否有兴趣和社会因素是本科在校护生学习态度的主要影响因素。结论:本科在校护生学习态度不容乐观,建议教育者根据影响本科在校护生学习态度的相关因素,制定有针对性的策略来进一步端正其学习态度,为提高护理队伍的整体文化素质和稳定性提供保证。
Abstract: Aim: To explore the status of learning attitude and its influencing factors for baccalaureate nursing students. Methods: In total, 844 baccalaureate nursing students were surveyed by the socio-demographic questionnaires and the questionnaires of nursing students’ learning attitude and its influencing factors. Results: The average score of learning attitude for baccalaureate nursing students was 2.73 ± 0.52, the dimension with the highest score was learning experience (3.66 ± 0.86), and the dimension with the lowest score was knowledge of nursing profession (2.28 ± 0.72). School factors, voluntary application for nursing, interest in nursing work and social factors were the main factors influencing the learning attitude of baccalaureate nursing students. Conclusion: The learning attitude of baccalaureate nursing students is not optimistic. It is suggested that nursing educators should develop targeted strategies to further correct their learning attitude according to the relevant factors affecting the learning attitude of undergraduate nursing students, so as to provide guarantee for the improvement of overall cultural quality and the stability for the nursing team.
