呼吸道病原体在2627例儿童患者中的抗体检测结果分析
Analysis of 2627 Cases of Pathogens Antibody of Respiratory Tract Infection in Children
摘要: 目的:分析九项呼吸道病原体在儿童感染后其产生抗体的分布特点。方法:采用间接免疫荧光法进行九项呼吸道病原体检测,同时采用免疫金标法对肺炎支原体与肺炎衣原体进行抗体快速检测。结果:共纳入2627份患儿样本,九联检IgM抗体阳性共计1407例,总阳性率为53.6%,其中以MP阳性为主,占总检测数43.7%,占阳性数81.6%。九联检与二联检的检测结果进行比较分析,总阳性符合率为40.6%。复合病原体感染共有441例,其中MP合并INFB阳性率最高6.3%。1407例阳性患者中男812例(49.7%),女595例(59.9%),性别差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。呼吸道感染秋季发病率最高(62.0%),冬季发病率次之(58.2%),季节间差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:九联检与二联检呼吸道感染病原体抗体的检测结果对儿童患者的监测与治疗有着重要的临床指导意义,其感染与性别、季节相关,其中秋、冬两季多发。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the antibody results of nine respiratory pathogens after human respiratory tract infection. Methods: The indirect immunofluorescence method was used to detect nine respiratory pathogens, and the immunogold standard method was used to detect Mycoplasma pneumoniae and Chlamydia pneumoniae rapidly. Results: A total of 2627 cases were detected, and 1407 cases were positive for IgM antibody, with a positive rate of 53.6%, of which 49.7% were male children and 59.9% were female children. There was significant difference in gender (P < 0.05). 1148 cases were positive for Mycoplasma pneumoniae with a positive rate of 43.7% in total and 81.6% in 1407 cases. The total positive coincidence rate was 40.6% by two methods. There were 441 cases of compound pathogen infection, and the highest positive rate of MP combined with INFB was 6.3%. The incidence of respiratory tract infection was the highest in autumn (62.0%), followed by winter (58.2%). There was significant difference in season (P < 0.05). Conclusions: The detection results of respiratory tract infection pathogens have important clinical significance for the treatment and monitoring of children patients by two methods. The incidence is related to gender, season and is higher in autumn and winter.
