摘要: 多发性硬化症(multiple sclerosis, MS)是一种以脱髓鞘病变为主要特点的中枢神经系统(central nervous system, CNS)自身免疫性疾病。常常会累及眼部,引起眼球结构和功能的改变。动眼功能障碍是MS患者残疾的常见发病部位,其发病原因至今尚不完全明确。本文根据MS最新临床分型和诊断标准就MS相关眼运动障碍的系统视觉功能评价进行综述。
Abstract: Multiple sclerosis (multiple sclerosis, MS) is a central nervous system disease characterized by demyelination (central nervous system, CNS) Autoimmune diseases. It often involves the eye, causing changes in the structure and function of the eye. Eye movement disorder is a common site of disability in MS patients. This article reviews the systematic visual function evaluation of MS related ocular motor disorders according to the latest clinical classification and diagnostic criteria.
