悬浮固相微萃取紫外分光光度法测定黄酒中的苯甲酸
Determination of Benzoic Acid in Yellow Rice Wine by Suspension Solid Phase Microextraction with Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry
摘要: 研究了使用悬浮固相微萃取的方法辅助十二醇对黄酒中的苯甲酸进行萃取的工艺条件,以黄酒中苯甲酸含量为指标,以简化国标中对苯甲酸的萃取与测定步骤为目的,基于十二醇为脂溶性化合物,难溶于水,易于和黄酒样品分离以及十二醇具有较好的富集能力,通过对国标萃取流程进行改进来缩短实验所需的时间,最终以实现通过此方法进行一些样品中苯甲酸含量测定的课程实验的目的,通过单因素实验优化提取工艺,结果表明最优的萃取工艺为涡旋时间34 s,十二醇加入量470 μL,盐加入量1%,在此工艺条件下得到的黄酒中苯甲酸的含量为0.1183 μg/mg。
Abstract: Was studied using the method of suspended solid phase microextraction auxiliary lauryl alcohol technological condi-tions of extracting rice wine of benzoic acid in acid content in yellow rice wine as an index, in order to simplify the extraction and determination of benzoic acid in gb steps for the purpose, based on the lauryl alcohol as the fat-soluble compounds, poorly soluble in water, easily and rice wine sample separation and enrichment of lauryl alcohol has good ability, Through to the national standard ex-traction process was improved to shorten the time needed for the experiment, finally to achieve some samples by this method for the determination of benzoic acid content in the purpose of course experiment, through the single factor experiment to optimize the extraction process, the results show that the optimum extraction process for vortex time 34 s, 470 μL for the amount of lauryl al-cohol, 1% for the amount of salt, The content of benzoic acid in rice wine was 0.1165 μg/mg.
