谈“第一次把事情做对”的项目管理
Talking about “Right First Time” Project Management
摘要: 管道局将“国内和国外两条腿”走路的方针作为“十三五”发展的奋斗目标。如何能让“国外这条腿”在国外竞争越来越激烈的市场环境下走的更坚定、更稳健,甚至更远,我们一直不断地去学习和探索新的管理理念和管理模式,逐步提高我们在国外工程项目管理的核心竞争力。近几年我们作为壳牌公司在伊拉克马季努恩油田的承包方始终被要求去贯彻落实其项目管理模式“第一次把事情做对”(Right First Time)。通过几个项目的实践,我们实现了无质量安全事故,经济效益超预期的效果。
Abstract:
CPP has set the “domestic and oversea two legs walking” policy as the goal of “13th five-year de-velopment period”. To make the “foreign leg” going more firmly, steadily and further in the increasing foreign fierce competition market, we must have constantly innovative management concepts, management models, and gradually improve our core competitiveness. Though Majnoonoil field ground pipeline project in Iraq as a CONTRACTOR since years, we have been strictly required to comply with “doing things right for the first time” of advanced project management implemented by shell. We created zero incident objective for quality and HSE, and create economic benefit beyond the expected.
