国际工程项目分包结算关键影响因素研究

Study on Key Factors of International Engineering Projects Sub-Contracting Settlement Management

摘要: 分包结算管理是项目费用控制的核心工作之一，直接影响着项目的经济效益。本文总结了项目设计、施工、合同三个方面对分包结算管理的关键影响因素，提出了如何把控这些关键因素的方法，为提高国际工程项目的分包结算管理水平，降低项目执行过程中的经营风险，提供了有益的参考。

Abstract: Subcontract settlement management is one of the core work of project cost control, which directly affects the economic benefits of the project. This paper summarizes the key factors affecting the subcontract settlement management from the aspects of project engineering, construction and contract, and puts forward the methods to control these key factors, so as to provide a useful reference for improving the subcontract settlement management level of international projects and reducing operational risks in the process of project execution.
