论阿美安全管理体系在油气田施工的优越性

Discussion on the Superiority of Safety Management System of Saudi Aramco in Oil and Gas Field Construction

摘要: 沙特阿美石油天然气产量位居世界前列，并且形成了庞大的油气管道网络。中方企业在沙特受障碍物穿越的影响，面临管线破坏泄露、挖断光电缆等诸多安全风险，参建各方从安全管理、安全技术方面严格遵守了沙特阿美的安全管理标准，有效地控制了施工安全风险，并积累了一些安全管理经验，本文对此进行经验总结，以供后续作业及其他类似行业进行参考。

Abstract: As the oil and gas field of Saudi Aramco is one of the largest oil and gas producing areas in the world, a huge oil and gas pipeline network has been formed. Chinese enterprises in Saudi Arabia are affected by obstacles crossing, facing pipeline damage leaks, breaking light cables, and many other security risks. All enterprises involved in this field from the aspects of safety management, safety technology strictly abide by the Saudi Aramco’s standard of safety management, effective control of the construction safety risk, and accumulated some safety management experience. This article summarizes the experience, for reference in the follow-up work and other similar industries.
