摘要: 文章针对目前常用的工期影响分析方法命名不统一的问题，引入了美国造价工程师协会(AACE)层级命名分类系统，规范各工期分析方法的名称；然后详细介绍了时间影响分析法的步骤，并应用实例进一步阐述了撰写工期分析报告的具体过程，旨在为计划工程师进行工期延误分析提供参考。

Abstract: This paper points out the issue of non-uniform nomenclature for the commonly used method of pro- ject schedule analysis, and presents the hierarchical nomenclature classification system published by American Institute of Cost Engineers (AACE) to standardize the names of each analysis method. Then detailed steps of time impact analysis are explained, and the specific structure of drafting time claim report is further illustrated with a claim case, in order to provide reference for planning engineers to conduct time extension claim.
