传统孝道文化与大学生创业意愿的关系研究

A Study on the Relationship between Traditional Filial Piety and College Students’ Entrepreneurial Intention

摘要: 文化是创业环境的重要组成部分，直接或间接影响着大学生创业意愿。文章选择中国传统文化中的孝道，选取在校大学生为调查对象，采用实证研究方法探究了传统孝道文化与大学生创业意愿的关系。结果表明，传统孝道文化与大学生创业意愿、成就动机、冒险倾向和自我效能均呈正相关关系；传统孝道文化对大学生创业意愿既存在着直接作用，也存在以成就动机、自我效能和冒险倾向为中介变量的间接作用。

Abstract: As an important part of entrepreneurial environment, culture directly or indirectly affects college students’ entrepreneurial intention. The paper uses empirical research methods to explore the relationship between traditional filial piety and college students’ entrepreneurial intention. The results show that traditional filial piety is positively correlated with college students’ entrepreneurial intention, achievement motivation, risk-taking tendency and self-efficacy; traditional filial piety not only has a direct effect on college students’ entrepreneurial intention, but also has an indirect effect with achievement motivation, self-efficacy and risk-taking tendency as intermediary variables.
