摘要: 随着“智慧公安”建设的推进，人脸识别技术在警务工作中日渐普及。本文指出了警用人脸识别技术存在的软件保障滞后和硬件技术瓶颈，并提出应完善科学算法、优化人才梯队，实现先进理念大众化、基础程序精细化、系统管理专业化、领域应用深度化，推进人脸识别技术与公安情报工作的深度融合，达到科技引领“智慧公安”情报升级的目标。

Abstract: With the development of “intelligent public security”, face recognition technology is becoming more and more popular in police work. It is an important strategy for the development of public security to build an efficient and authoritative information team. This paper attempts to study the innovative direction of the public security information work in the application of face recognition technology, explore the practical application of the current face recognition technology in the field of public security industry and the advantages and challenges of the current face recognition technology in the public security information work, and expand the application direction of face recognition technology in the field of public security.
