急诊眩晕患者应用耳穴埋籽法的护理效果分析

Analysis on the Nursing Effect of Ear Point Seeding in Emergency Vertigo Patients

摘要: 目的：探讨急诊眩晕患者应用耳穴埋籽法的护理效果。方法：选取从2020年1月~2021年6月我院急诊科收治的急诊眩晕患者患者136例作为作为研究对象，采用简单随机抽样的方式随机分为研究组和对照组，对照组采用常规临床治疗和综合护理方案，研究组在对照组的基础措施上增加加用耳穴埋仔法的护理。研究两组急诊眩晕患者护理效果，包括治疗效果、护理依从性、护理满意度等。结果：研究组的治疗效果明显高于对照组(X2 = 5.31, P < 0.05)；研究组护理依从性高于对照组(X2 = 10.26, P < 0.05)；研究组护理满意度比对照组高(X2 = 9.69, P < 0.05)。结论：采用耳穴埋籽法护理对急诊眩晕患者的应用效果非常显著，在疗效、依从性、满意度上都极大的提升。在临床急诊眩晕患者护理应用中有着非常重要意义。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the nursing effect of ear point seeding in emergency vertigo patients. Methods: 136 cases of vertigo patients treated in the emergency department of our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research object, the control group used routine clinical treatment and comprehensive nursing program. The control group adopted routine clinical treatment and comprehensive nursing program, and the research group added ear point burying method of nursing on the basic measures of the control group. To study the nursing effect of two groups of patients with emergency vertigo, including treatment effect, nursing compliance, nursing satisfaction. Results: The therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (X2 = 5.31, P < 0.05). The nursing compliance of study group was higher than that of control group (X2 = 10.26, P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of study group was higher than that of control group (X2 = 9.69, P < 0.05). Conclusion: Ear acupoint seeding method is very effective for emergency vertigo patients significant, significant improvement in efficacy, compliance, and satisfaction. In clinical emergency vertigo patient nursing application has very important meaning.
