摘要: 本文以电网公司“选择绿色供应商”为目标,分析供应商绿色评价标准适用性及覆盖性,设定绿色低碳评价指标,并将指标量化评分,增强可评性,选择战略理念、企业经营等作为基本评价要素,形成试点供应商、试点品类的绿色水平量化评价结果,从而促使电网公司系统了解上游制造企业绿色发展现状,对评估结果进行深入分析,研究绿色供应商分级管理及供应商差异化管理模式,建立第三方绿色评估服务体系,助力供应链产业链企业低碳转型。
Abstract: The article aims to “choose green suppliers” for electrical companies, analyzes the applicability and coverage of green evaluation standards and sets indicators to enhance evaluability, selects strategic concepts, business operations, etc. as the basic evaluation elements to form the quantitative evaluation results of pilot suppliers. Thereby green evaluation results prompt electrical companies to systematically understand the green development status of upstream manufacturing enterprises, conduct in-depth analysis of the evaluation results to study the model of green suppliers’ hierarchical management and differentiated management, establish a third-party green assessment service system to help companies in the supply chain industry to transform into a low-carbon industry.
