叙事护理临床应用的研究进展

摘要: 叙事护理是以人性化服务为出发点，将叙事融入到临床护理工作中的一种模式，它有着很强的人文属性，通过叙事能使患者的不良情绪得以减轻，使患者的治疗依从性得以提高，最终有利于患者疾病的恢复、身心的健康，完全契合整体护理的开展。本文就叙事护理的概念、意义、实施步骤、国内外现状、影响因素等方面就行综述，以期为临床进一步开展叙事护理提供参考。
Abstract: Narrative nursing is a humanized service as a starting point, making the narrative into a pattern of clinical nursing work. It has a very strong humanistic attribute. Through narrative, it can reduce the patient’s bad mood, improve the patient’s treatment adherence, eventually be beneficial to the physical and mental health. The recovery of patients with disease completely agrees with the development of holistic nursing care. This paper discusses the concept of narrative nursing, significance, implementation steps, the status quo at home and abroad, influencing factors on the review, in order to provide reference for the clinical further development of narrative nursing.
