Abstract: A large number of foreign studies have been conducted on the application of nudge strategy in improving the self-management of diabetes patients, and the patients’ healthy condition has been improved in blood glucose control, healthy diet, medication adherence and exercise. Moreover, nudge has the characteristics of low cost, wide application and simple operation, attracting increasing attention in China. Therefore, this paper summarizes the application of nudge in diabetes self-management, so as to provide reference for the study of nudge theory in disease management.
