地方高校服务区域经济的发展战略研究

摘要: 高校制定发展战略对于明确发展方向、优化资源配置、提高核心竞争力具有重大作用。随着社会经济的快速发展，我国高校进入了战略发展的新阶段，经济发展对地方高校提出了新的要求，地方高校融入区域经济社会成为高校可持续发展的重要途径。我国地方高校在服务区域经济上还存在着服务意识薄弱、服务机制不健全以及各方合作深度和力度不够等问题。只有将高校的社会服务职能上升到高校的发展战略层面，通过专业结构优化调整、主动提供智力支持、产学研融合等积极有效的措施，才能切实有效的实现高校的服务职能的发挥，促进区域产业结构优化升级和区域经济高质量发展。

Abstract: The development strategy of universities plays an important role in clarifying development direction, optimizing resource allocation and improving core competitiveness. With the rapid development of social economy, universities in China have entered a new stage of strategic development. Economic development has put forward new requirements for local universities, and universities’ integration into regional economy and society has become an important way for the sustainable development of universities. There are still some problems in serving regional economy, such as weak service consciousness, imperfect service mechanism and insufficient cooperation. Only by raising the social service functions of universities to the development strategy level of universities, through the optimization and adjustment of professional structures, the initiative to provide intellectual support, and the integration of industry, university and research and other effective measures, can we effectively realize the performance of the service functions of universities, and promote the optimization and upgrading of regional industrial structures and the high-quality development of the regional economy.
