小学生校内课后服务实施的现状调查研究——以J市S小学为例

摘要: 2017年,国家便聚焦小学生课后服务,并颁布了《教育部办公厅关于做好中小学课后服务工作的指导意见》,高度重视课后服务问题,本文基于此文件,对J市s小学课后服务研究现状的调查发现:课后服务的内容以学生完成作业为主,占比69.3%,上新课占比10.3%,这反映了该小学重视知识传授,对学生其他方面的发展有所欠缺。通过对家长进行问卷调查发现:81.36%的家长认为课后服务的主要目的是辅导作业,37.29%的家长认为课后服务的主要目的是照顾看护学生,这反映了家长对课后服务的定位尚有局限,对课后服务的功能认识不足。为促进课后服务进一步发展,需要依托政策,丰富内容,关注小学生的全面发展,以“自主、合作、探究”为基础,提升小学生课后服务质量。
Abstract: In 2017, the state focused on after-school services for primary school students, and promulgated the “Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in After-school Services for Primary and Secondary Schools”, attaching great importance to after-school services. The survey on the current status of after-school service research found that the content of after-school service is mainly based on students completing homework, accounting for 69.3%, and taking new classes accounted for 10.3%, which reflects the importance attached to the transfer of knowledge in the primary school, while the development of students in other aspects is lacking. Through a questionnaire survey of parents, it was found that 81.36% of the parents believed that the main purpose of after-school services was to help homework, and 37.29% of the parents believed that the main purpose of after-school services was to take care of students, which reflected that parents still had a lack of positioning for after-school services. This also means that parents have insufficient awareness of the function of after-school services. In order to promote the further development of after-school services, it is necessary to rely on policies, enrich the content, pay attention to the all round development of primary school students, and improve the quality of after-school services for primary school students on the basis of “independence, cooperation, and exploration”.
